One of my colleagues has called in Sir Lindsay Parkinson's firm regarding the Chungking Chungtu Railway prepossis, but I have very little hope of anything being done in this direction unless with the direct assistance of the Government, but I personally think the Masau Waterworks requires the most immediate attention.
